Working on a team of IT professionals to support the mission of the school, the Support Specialist troubleshoots and resolves helpdesk support tickets for students, teachers, and staff. They also support EA classroom and office technology, including Mac laptops, iPads, Smartboards, Printers, Projectors, PCs in several offices, and other IT and audiovisual equipment.

The skills and experience to configure, deploy, maintain, and support a variety of hardware and software.
A successful track record of learning new software, hardware, and audiovisual equipment

Experience with some of the following:
Hardware: Macs, iPads, PCs, SmartBoards, printers
Software: MS Windows, Mac OS X, iOS, Google GSuite, MS Office, Blackbaud Products, Veracross, Adobe Products, MS Azure AD, MS Server, Active Directory, Cisco Meraki and switches
A bachelor degree in a related field
1-2 years of working experience in a technical support environment
