The Quaker School at Horsham (TQS) is looking for a 1:1 classroom aide to support the needs of students with challenging behavior in an ABA setting of 5-7 students.
Experience working with students with challenging behavior
Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Teach socially acceptable behavior and reinforce student’s social skills
Communicate with families
Maintain accurate and complete student data monitoring and prepare reports as requested
Have a joy of learning and working with children
Bachelor’s degree in special education or a related field preferred
