The Opportunity: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is seeking an extraordinary leader as its next Vice President of Human Resources. The Vice President of Human Resources reports directly to the President and provides leadership and coordination of services for the Human Resources Department, including four direct reports and 15 indirect reports. The position offers strategic direction and decision support in the areas of employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, HRIS, training, and development. The Vice President is an officer of the School and provides information support, as requested, to the Board of Managers.
