YSC Academy is looking for an experienced Operations Officer and Business Manager to oversee its finances and operations of the school. This individual will control diverse business operations; therefore, it will be an experienced and efficient leader. Additionally, this person must have excellent people skills, business acumen, and exemplary work ethic. This individual’s goal is to secure the school’s functionality to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
Oversee the Finances of the school
Administer the annual budget and multi-year forecasting process to align with the school's goals and mission and maintain account records related to its store.
Understanding of how the tuition impacts the budget
Manage the admissions, Financial Aid, and the Enrollment process.
Knowledge and management of Pennsylvania EITC/OSTC program and preparation of annual tax filing with Pennsylvania EITC/OSTC program
Oversee the maintenance of the buildings, grounds, and equipment
