The Episcopal Academy has an immediate opening for an Athletic Operations Coordinator who will be an integral part of the Athletics team and will report to the Director of Athletics. This person will join a team committed to teaching excellence, collaboration, and pedagogical growth with a deep passion for working with adolescents. The Athletic Operations Coordinator will support the athletic and auxiliary programs departments, providing administrative support to both departments. Additional roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Hiring of officials for each sport in each season.
Preparing and sending Home schedules to each sport's assigner.
Providing administrative support to the Auxiliary Programs department in the summer months.
Hiring of buses for each sport/each season and confirming buses, officials, and contests each week.
Managing day-to-day processes for the Athletics department during the school year and the Auxiliary Programs Department in the summer, including oversight of expenses and credit cards, ordering supplies, and maintenance of office equipment.
Preparing and sending the Away schedules to bus companies.
Responsible for Auxiliary Programs camp attendance, when in session.
Communicating with parents, students, coaches, bus companies, and officials during inclement weather.
Communicating with all coaches on a daily basis.
Managing all Athletics-related aspects of Veracross.
Assisting with employee reimbursements for both Athletics and Auxiliary Programs.
Attending weekly calendar and summer programming meetings.
Managing all aspects of the Athletic Awards Assemblies event.
Assisting parents with the organization of team dinners.
Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate for the Athletic Operations Coordinator will possess the following:
A bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of related work experience in an office setting support role.
The ability to manage multiple projects with efficiency and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and detail-oriented.
The ability to work some nights and weekends as needed at the direction of Athletics and Auxiliary Programs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
The ability to work as part of a team and assist other staff when appropriate.
