Westtown School is seeking an experienced part-time Security Officer for the following shift, alternating Sundays from 6:00am- 2:00pm, additional shifts may be available. The part-time Security Officer is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the Westtown School community, buildings and 600-acre campus. Security Officers are considered essential personnel and, as such, are expected to be available during inclement weather and other school-closing situations.

Prior security or related experience preferred
High school diploma or some college required
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Ability to tolerate weather variances and exposure to the elements.
Able to work independently without close supervision.
Calm under pressure.
Desire to contribute to Westtown’s mission and values
Required clearances including PA Criminal Background Check, Child Abuse Certification and FBI fingerprints
