| We seek a self-motivated, passionate and energetic Head of School with exceptional leadership skills and managerial experience in day-to-day operations and the ability to execute the school's long-term vision established by the board. The individual would be responsible for building upon the exceptional legacy and greatness the school has achieved over the past fifty-six years and be able to inspire and invigorate the existing learning community for decades to come. Ideally, a candidate for this role would have strong Montessori and early childhood pre-school administrative experience. Notwithstanding, we are also open to hiring a candidate with prior experience in education, with a passion for adapting to the Montessori early childhood education philosophy and exceptional administrative, communication (social media/public /community) level and leadership skills. CHBC is a small non-profit corporation located in Lower Bucks County. The school, led by a board of volunteer member directors, appoints the Head of School as an educational leader to operate and manage the school.
